We are going to take the patient questionnaires for the well child checks that are used by Willow Creek, St. Marks, Draper (I think) and a few other docs here and there, and put them pretty much word-for-word into templates that can be used for Well Child checks. This should speed things up enormously, since the MA will be able to enter the data (and should only have to enter any abnormal values, since the normals will be defaulted). Then the doc can complete the (age-appropriate formatted) PE, the Diagnosis page (pre-populated with the most likely diagnoses) and (diagnosis-specific) Plan, including the likely vaccines already selected.
Give us a week or two to get this done, but I hope we'll get a lot of use out of these templates.
